Shipping and Handling Policy:

zhenelectronics.com.au, referred to below as Zhen Electronics, is an online retailer of consumer goods.

At Zhen Electronics we take the utmost care in dispatching your item. We have created this Policy to govern how we process your order.

• Your order will be processed within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or Public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• We will deliver each ordered product/s to the place of delivery designated by you.

• The estimated delivery times for products are during business hours (9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays.

• We cannot advise on a specific delivery time, our couriers deliver during business hours only

• Estimated delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

• If your order is delivered by our courier service and the specified recipient is unable to accept delivery, a card with our contact details will be left at the premises. Please be sure to contacts us and arrange an alternative time and date for delivery.

• Please contact our Customer Service Team if you plan to change your delivery address after payment.

• All our goods are securely packed with care. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. All our goods are covered under transit insurance; however this insurance is not applicable if the customer is unable to report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Payment Methods and Processing:

• We currently only accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards and debit cards.


• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.


• We process payments only after you successfully complete the checkout.


• Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase and is required for any warranty claims.

•  All purchases include GST unless otherwise stated.

• We endeavour to display products at a competitive price.


• We reserve the right to modify prices published on our website at any time.

Return Policy:

We would like you to be happy with your purchase. To return or exchange a product, please email sales@zhenelectronics.com.au, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee:

All Zhen Electronics Products come with a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee for your piece of mind. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee is an agreement between the purchaser (“the customer”) and Zen Global Electronics Pty Ltd (“Zhen Electronics”) and is bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

• The 7 day period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. Where there is no receipt of delivery this date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.


• Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Zhen Electronics will refund the original product purchase price only. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

1. Delivery charges from Zhen Electronics to the customer
2. Cost of return of goods from the customer to Zhen Electronics
3. Insurance costs
4. Product Handling Charges

• Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in a resell able condition.


• Where an item is found to be faulty within the first 7 days, Zhen Electronics will provide a NEW Replacement as outlined in the Zhen Electronics Warranty terms and conditions. Where a new replacement is not available, Zhen Electronics will refund the product purchase price including delivery charges.


• Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will provided as outlined above.


• Zhen Electronics reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Dead and Stuck Pixel Policy:

• '0' Dead Pixel Guarantee - We will replace the TV within 7 days if it has more than 0 dead pixels. (These are best seen on a white background and they don't have any colour)


• '2' Stuck Pixel Guarantee. We will replace the TV if it has more than 2 stuck pixels. (These are white, green, red or blue)
