Product Description


Zhen has released a new tablet pc which called iTouch. The new iTouch tablet PC comes with a 10.2-inch touchscreen display with 1024×600-pixels resolution and preloaded with Linux operating system.

The iTouch tablet PC is powered by the1.6Ghz Intel Atom processor and optimized with an Intel 945 express chipset, a 2GB of RAM, 320GB HDD,  Wi-Fi,  3G connectivity, Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN and up to 3 hours of battery life (up to 8 hours with optional battery).

The iTouch tablet PC also equipped with a several I/O ports such as three USB 2.0 ports, VGA port, and 2-in-1 headphone or mic jack.

PICKUP

ZHEN products are not available for pickup.

DELIVERY
We offer Australia wide delivery for all products in the ZHEN range. All items listed  in stock will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of payment unless at times due to high sales, big items such as LCD/LED TV’s delivery time is anywhere between 20 to 25 days and small items delivery is between 10 to 14 days.



Zhen Warranty.

  1. For the purpose of this Warranty, a "Zhen consumer product" is a hardware product which - was manufactured by or on behalf of Zhen; and is used in a normal domestic environment, not a commercial.

  2. All Zhen products come with 12 months Australia wide warranty unless specified. Please be advised that you must keep your original product packaging if transportation is required to repair the unit. In case you do not have original packaging, you will be responsible to pack the product safely. Zhen will not be liable for any damage occurred during transit when unit is not packed properly.

  3. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer’s Order.

  4. The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Zhen product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.

  5. The WARRANTY will be voided if any serial number on the warrantable product is tampered with or removed

  6. The WARRANTY serial number is commonly located on the rear/back of the TV unit. In the event that a request for repair is made against a WARRANTY where the serial number is not attached to the system or the customer cannot produce for verification a valid serial number, the repairer will not affect any repairs on the system and the Customer will be charged a service call-out fee.

  7. Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. If they are unable to find a way to return the products, Zhen may organize a courier to pick up the products from the customer. Where Zhen organizes a courier to pick up the products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products

  8. What is not covered by this WARRANTY (excluded):-
  • Misuse or abusive use of the Zhen consumer product;
  • Incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions (as stated in the Product Operation Manual);
  • Improper installation;
  • Failure to clean or improper cleaning of the product;
  • Incorrect voltage or non-authorized electrical connections;
  • Use of non authorized/non-standard parts;
  • Password setting/ resetting and computer virus;
  • Repair or other work carried out on the Zhen consumer product other than by Authorized Zhen Service Personnel.

A. any failure:

(i) of equipment due to the product being inadequately serviced.

(ii) Resulting from dirt, dust, rodents and insects.

(iii) Resulting from “fair wear and tear.

(iv) Caused by inherent defect or design faults, pre-existing defects or recalls; negligence, accident or deliberate misuse.

(v) Due to Incompatibility of parts.

(vi) due to a dropped product; collision with another object; any result of a malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions; or

(vii) due to any operating system software, software or software compatibility with replacement parts;

  1. B. Any repairs:
    (i) to any components that have been fitted to the product after the original purchase.
    (ii) Due to incompatibility.

    C. damage: -

    (I) of any kind due to warping, rust, corrosion, of any part of the product including its parts; or

    (ii) to the system caused by overheating as a result of sitting or positioning of the equipment, where there is not provision for adequate ventilation or a dust free environment; or

    (iii) to a system or components, caused by power surges or spikes, including and not limited to, mains power and telecommunications connections, or to other unspecified sources, voltage fluctuation, amperage fluctuation, rust or corrosion;

    (iv) due to negligence, accident, theft, flood, fire, earthquake, electrical storms or any other act of God or any war related events.

    (v) Items being transported under warranty claim are not covered under transit insurance.


    D. costs of attendance and testing where no mechanical or electrical failure is identified.

    E. Normal maintenance costs.

    F. products with removed or altered serial numbers.

    G. consumables such as but not limited to bulbs/globes, filters, batteries, ribbons, ink cartridges, floppy disks, CD’s, DVD’s, Memory Cards and Tapes.

    H. removal and reinstallation of an internal component not performed by a factory authorized service centre.

    I. cosmetic or structural items.

    J. the cost of reloading operating systems or client data which can be carried out at the expense of the Customer; and

    K. consequential loss of any kind including loss of data as a result of any fault or failure.

  2. If the repair cannot be suitably carried out onsite the repairer may at their discretion remove the system from site, repair and return it to the Customer when the repair is completed.

  3. Neither TYAGI nor its representatives provide loan equipment under the terms of this WARRANTY.

  4. Any unauthorized access to the product or installation of any unregistered part upgrades will void this WARRANTY.

  5. All LCD and Plasma panels exhibit some bright, dark or partially lit pixels, a normal limitation of these technologies, and the manufacturing processes involved and are usually not noticeable when viewing normal screen images and defective pixels are not a WARRANTY issue unless they exceed the manufacturer’s specifications for pixel defects. Where there are no manufacturer specifications, TYAGI cover the screen provided 2 or more pixels are failing to display.

  6. Image retention or burn-in can be a problem for all phosphor based displays. In extreme cases, permanent phosphor burn can occur if still/repetitive images are left on the screen for extended periods of time. Such damage to the screen is NOT covered by the WARRANTY. Please ensure that the precautions in any documentation supplied with your product are followed in order to avoid permanent damage to your display.

  7. Any repair performed on a product under the WARRANTY where no fault can be found, or the item is deemed by Zhen, or an authorized agent, to be not faulty under this WARRANTY, or the repair or fault is not covered under the WARRANTY, a No Fault Found fee is payable by the customer.

  8. Any repairs or services required that are outside of the terms and conditions of the WARRANTY can be carried out at the expense or request of the customer. A credit card may be required prior to the commencement of such services.

  9. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the WARRANTY at any time without notice

  10. When you make any claim under this Warranty it is essential that you provide a copy of your proof of purchase of the Samsung consumer product, whether in person, by email or by fax. A claim under this Warranty is not formally made unless and until that proof of purchase is provided. This does not detract from your statutory rights.

  11. Before making a claim, please make sure that you understand the terms and conditions of this WARRANTY.

Please have your original invoice and Zhen Serial number ready. The serial number is normally located on the rear/back of your product.

A customer service representative will log your claim for processing and a Job Number will be allocated to you to begin service.
